Overview:
Often safety and facilities professional are also tasked with managing environmental compliance issues. This practical one day course will help delegates understand the importance of managing environmental risk on site. Attendees will learn to understand the key environmental issues along with the associated legislation. Importantly the session will focus on what is practically required on site in order to remain compliant and to manage the needs and expectations of stakeholders including shareholders, employees, neighbours, regulators etc. Sources of information, guidance and best practice will be shared and focus on the knowledge needed for practical application on site.
