Registration and Payment:

How do I register for the training course?

Registration can be completed online via our website. Payment can be made using a debit or credit card, via invoice or bank transfer.

What is included in the course fee?

The fee includes appropriate course materials and a certificate of completion. For in-person courses, it also includes lunch and refreshments.

Can I cancel my registration, and will I get a refund?

Cancellations are allowed up to 21 days before the course start date, with a full refund. After that period, refunds are not available, but substitutions can be made up to the day prior.

Can I pay via purchase order?

Yes. On checkout, under payment options, select purchase order from the drop-down menu and enter the PO number in the provided field.

Can I pay via Invoice?

Yes. A purchase order number is needed to support the invoice for all public sector clients and if your organisation requires purchase orders. If your organization does not require purchase orders then simply enter your name into the purchase order field.

Pre-Course Information:

I'm booked on a course, when will I receive joining instructions?

Joining instructions and course location details for live courses will be sent out approximately 10 days prior to the course date.

Will I receive any materials before the course starts?

Yes, however, this varies depending on the course. With some, you will receive pre-course materials and/or post-course materials, all in digital format.

Do I need to bring anything with me to the course?

- In-person: We recommend bringing a notebook, pen, and a laptop or tablet if you prefer taking digital notes.

- Virtual: Ensure you have a quiet workspace, a computer or tablet with a stable internet connection, and any pre-course materials sent in advance.

What is the dress code for the in-person training course?

The dress code is generally business casual unless otherwise specified.

Course Details:

What time does the course start and finish each day?

Courses typically run from 9.30am to 4-4.30pm, with breaks for lunch and refreshments. A detailed schedule will be provided upon registration.

What happens if I miss a course?

- In-person: If you miss a course, we will try to provide you with the materials. Please contact us for further details.

- Virtual: If you miss a course, it may be possible for you to attend another date in the series depending on availability, please contact us for details.

Certification:

Will I receive a certificate after completing the course?

Yes, a certificate of completion will be issued to those who attend the full course.

Where is the course venue located?

The venue details, including address and parking information, will be shared in the confirmation email.

Will there be lunch and refreshments provided during the course?

Yes, lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Virtual Online Courses: Technical Requirements and Setup:

What platform do you use to deliver virtual training?

Our live virtual training is normally delivered on Zoom. For guidance on how to set up and use Zoom please see here.

What are the technical requirements for attending a virtual live course?

You will need a computer or tablet with a stable internet connection, a webcam, a microphone, and speakers or headphones.

Do I need to install any software before the course?

It is recommended to install the Zoom app for better functionality. However, most platforms can be accessed through a web browser if you cannot install the app.

Virtual Online Courses: Interaction and Participation:

Will there be opportunities for interaction during the virtual training?

Yes, you will be able to interact with the instructor and other participants through chat, polls, and live Q&A sessions.

Can I ask questions during the virtual course?

Absolutely! You can ask questions at any time. There will also be designated Q&A segments.

Will the training be recorded?

No, the sessions will not be recorded.

How can I join breakout sessions or group activities?

The instructor will guide you through joining breakout rooms for group activities.

Should I have my camera on during the virtual course?

While having your camera on is not mandatory, it helps create a more engaging and interactive environment. Please feel free to keep it on, especially during discussions or group activities.

What should I do if I need to step away briefly during the session?

If you need to step away, please use the “mute” feature.

Ordering Training Manuals:

How do I order the training manuals?

Printed training manuals can be ordered through our website.

What is included in the training manuals?

On our website, each manual title will explain what is included in that manual.

When will I receive the training manuals?

The manuals will be sent out from our warehouse to your provided address, usually within 2-3 days. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

How do volume discounts work for the training manuals?

Volume discounts apply to the total amount of manuals ordered at any one time, which can be a mix of titles.

The system has been designed to be incredibly easy and quick to learn and use, and no special training is needed.
