Course Booking Terms and Conditions
Please note that all bookings with EBIS are accepted subject to the following terms and conditions.
We recommend you read them carefully and ensure you are satisfied before placing your booking.
Course Fees

The course fee includes all written materials. For live, location-based courses, lunch and refreshments are usually provided.

The discounted Members Rate applies to previous delegates, member organisations, and members of IOSH, IEMA, IWFM, and IIRSM.

Purchase Orders are accepted only if EBIS is a registered supplier with your organisation.

Full payment is required before the course or within 30 days of invoice, whichever is sooner.
Substitutions and Cancellations

Substitutions: You may substitute delegates at any time within the same course series at no charge.

Cancellations:
-
Must be made in writing at least 21 days prior to the course date.

An admin fee of £85 + VAT will apply.

Cancellations received after this period are subject to full payment.

Transfers:
-
You may transfer to an alternative date within the same course series, subject to availability.

Transfers are valid for up to 6 months from the original course date.

An admin fee of £50 + VAT per person per change will apply.
-
After 6 months, the transfer opportunity will lapse.

Confirmations and Joining Instructions

Upon receipt of your booking, confirmation will be sent via email to the delegate’s provided address.

Joining instructions will be emailed 7–10 days prior to the start of the course.

Delegates are responsible for ensuring EBIS email addresses are whitelisted to prevent communications being blocked or redirected to spam folders.

If you do not receive confirmation or joining instructions, please contact us immediately.

Non-receipt of emails will not be accepted as a valid reason for cancellation.
Additional Information

EBIS reserves the right to alter course content, timing, speakers, or venue due to circumstances beyond our control.

EBIS accepts no responsibility for views expressed during a course or in course materials.

In the unlikely event of a course cancellation by EBIS, a full refund will be issued, but no further liability will be accepted.
