Course Booking Terms and Conditions
Please note that your booking is only accepted by EBIS subject to the following terms and conditions, please read carefully and ensure that you are satisfied before placing your booking.
Course Fees
The Fee for each course includes; all written materials, lunch and refreshments.
£Variable+VAT Full Fee.
£Variable+VAT Previous delegates/organisations, IOSH, IIRSM, ATPS and NEBOSH Members.
Cheques should be made payable to Euro Business Information Services Ltd (EBIS).
We also accept Visa or MasterCard payments.
Full payment is required prior to the course or within 30 days of invoice whichever is sooner.
Substitutions & Cancellations
Substitutions can be made at any time within a course series without charge. Payment is due in full unless a cancellation in writing is received by us no later than 21 days prior to the course, an admin fee of £85 + VAT will be charged and you will receive a set of course notes. Transfer of Date: Transfers can be made to an alternative date within a course series if available, an admin fee of £50 + VAT per person per change and will be charged.
Confirmations & Joining Instructions
Upon receipt of your booking we will e-mail a confirmation to the delegate(s) e-mail address that has been supplied. Full joining instructions will be sent to the delegate(s) e-mail address that has been supplied at least two weeks prior to the commencement of the programme. If these e-mails are not received please contact us immediately. Cancellation will not be accepted on the basis of these e-mails not being received.
Please Note: The organisers reserve the right to alter the content, timing, speakers or venue due to circumstances beyond their control. The organisers accept no responsibility for views expressed or contained in the course documentation or during a course. In the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled, EBIS will make a full refund but disclaim any further liability
