Course Fees:
The Fee for each course includes; all written materials including lunch and refreshments for a live location based course. Discounted Member Rate: This applies to previous delegates and member organisations, IOSH, IIRSM, IEMA and IWFM Members. Payment may be made by BACS (a PO number to be applied on order if required by your organisation) or by credit/debit card. Payments terms 30 days or before the course date if sooner.
Substitutions and Cancellations:
Substitutions can be made at any time within a course series without charge. Payment is due in full unless a cancellation in writing is received by us no later than 21 days prior to the seminar, an admin fee of £75 + VAT will be charged. Transfer of Date: Transfers can be made to an alternative date within a course series if available. Transfers no later than 21 days prior to the seminar date are free of charge (this is limited to one transfer). Transfers within 21 days of the course date are at our discretion.
Confirmations and Joining Instructions:
Upon receipt of your booking we will e-mail a confirmation to the delegate(s) e-mail address that has been supplied. Full joining instructions will be sent to the delegate(s) e-mail address that has been supplied within 10 days prior to the commencement of the programme. If these e-mails are not received please contact us immediately. Cancellation will not be accepted on the basis of these e-mails not being received.

The organisers reserve the right to alter the content, timing, speakers or venue due to circumstances beyond their control. The organisers accept no responsibility for views expressed or contained in the course documentation or during a course. In the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled, EBIS will make a full refund but disclaim any further liability.
