Overview
This practical one day course will help delegates understand the importance of learning lessons and taking appropriate remedial and preventative actions following accidents and incidents which has been reinforced by the Corporate Manslaughter Act 2007. The presenter will demonstrate how to investigate accidents, and why investigation must be carried out and explore the need for recording information on and the reporting of accidents in connection with the legal requirements of RIDDOR The Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995.
